Nitecore New i8 Battery Charger

The Nitecore i8 is a multi-slot intelligent charger which monitors and charges each of the 8 slots independently. Each slot has a charging speed up to 1500mA providing quick recharge times in a slim and compact design. It has a simple operation and easy-to-read red and green indicators giving you information on the charging process and charging completion.

Automatic Detection on Power Level and Selection of Charging Mode
After installing the batteries, the i8 automatically detects power level of the batteries and selects the appropriate voltage and charging mode.

Reverse Polarity Protection and Short Circuit Protection
If there are batteries inserted with polarity reversed or short-circuited, the red indicator of the relevant slot will blink quickly to notify users.

Overtime Prevention
The i8 has overtime protection. It will individually monitor the elapsed charging time for each battery slot and if a particular slot exceeds 20 hours, the i8 will automatically stop charging and the green power indicators will illuminate to indicate completion. This feature reduces the risk caused by batteries of lesser quality.

The Nitecore i8 is also compatible with USB devices and has a max USB output of 5V / 2.1A.
