They cast an even lighting surface area around the products you shoot with the use of ring lights, compared to normal light bulbs. With a 3-point lighting system including 1 boom light, you will be able to control and give off even lighting to all sides of the product, ensuring you professional-standard looking product photographs. Photos can also be taken head on, through the ring light. This tent in particular is aimed at being specified for jewellery photography, or photographing products with highly shiny and reflective surfaces. The tent's front cover has 3 holes, which allow for the shooter to shoot the product at one of the 3 angles, whilst having minimal disturbing reflections on the product itself, since the rest of the tent is covered. Combined with the DigPro accessories, this kit is perfect for all jewellery based photography setups.
